Publication of the assessment instrument
PAHCO: Publication of the assessment instrument
The most recent aim of two studies was to launch a questionnaire-based measuring instrument. With the help of a total of four partial samples (COPD patients in the STAR project, trainees in the PArC-AVE project, people with multiple sclerosis in the MS-bewegt project and teacher training students in the 2nd project phase of the PArC-AVE project), 10 scales were developed. These 10 scales were in turn assigned to the three sub-competences of movement competence, control competence and self-regulation competence:
Manageability of endurance demands (BKAD/END): movement competence
Manageability of strength demands (BKKA/STR): movement competence
Manageability of balance demands (BKABC/BAL): movement competence
Body awareness (BKKBW/BAW): movement competence, control competence
Control of physical load (STK/CCPL): control competence
Affect regulation (BR/AR): control competence
Self-efficacy (PNSE/SE): self-regulation competence, movement competence
Self-control (SK/SEKO): self-regulation competence
Cognitive attitude toward physical activity (kog/ATCOG): self-regulation competence
Emotional attitude toward physical activity (emo/ATEM): self-regulation competence
