Family-Friendly-Conference
We attach great importance to a family-friendly conference.
For this reason, we can offer you all-day childcare for children aged 3 months to 10 years for the duration of the conference if required.
If you are unable to attend the conference due to childcare responsibilities, we offer you the opportunity to give your presentation online. In this case, you would be connected to a working group. Please let us know on which day you would be available and whether you would prefer to present in the morning or afternoon.
There are also breastfeeding and nappy-changing rooms available in our building, which you can find on our site plan. There is also a playground within walking distance for the lunch break.
Please understand that childcare is provided on a self-pay basis and is only possible by prior arrangement.
The cost of childcare is €15 per hour or part thereof, per child.
Please let us know at the time of your enrolment if you require childcare. We require the following information:
- Number and age of the children,
- the time frame of the childcare (Thursday, Friday, morning, afternoon) and
- any special needs of the children.
