Conditions of participation
- The participants of the event declare their consent that their data may be collected, stored and processed in the context of the event, e.g. for participant lists, minutes. Participants also agree that their data may be collected for event invitations and information for email distribution lists and may be stored and processed in email distribution lists.
- The participants of the event declare their consent to the creation of photographs of their persons and to the use and publication of these images for the purposes of public relations and scientific dissemination.

| Short-term registration: plus conference fee 20€ (from 4 weeks before the start of the event) |
| Cancellations at short notice: 20€ (will be deducted from the refund of the conference fee; free refund up to 4 weeks before the event) |
Please transfer the registration fee for Early Bird registrations by 11 February 2026 at the latest and for regular registrations by 2 March 2026.
Please note that if you register after 11 February 2026, you will have to pay an additional €20 on top of the regular registration fee!
