Behavioural exercise therapy (VBT) for back pain
The aim of the project is a) the implementation of a behavioural exercise therapy concept in behavioural medicine and orthopaedic rehabilitation (VMO) and b) the summative evaluation of effectiveness in routine application. The implementation of the prospective, randomized-controlled longitudinal design is carried out in two rehabilitation clinics at four measurement points. A multidimensional assessment takes place at the beginning and end of rehabilitation as well as in 6- and 12-month catamnesis.
