Recommendations for physical activity and physical activity promotion

Brief description of the project

The project is a continuation and further development of the project “National Recommendations for Physical Activity and Physical Activity Promotion – A Project for Scientific Conceptualisation”, which was linked to existing activities within the framework of the In Form Initiative of the Federal Ministry of Health. In this project, the dissemination of the recommendations for physical activity and physical activity promotion is to be driven forward by four interrelated work complexes:

• Preparation and publication of a booklet with German recommendations for physical activity and physical activity promotion.
• Preparation and implementation of a workshop with selected stakeholders from different life environments to present the recommendations for physical activity and physical activity promotion.
• Development of target group- and environment-specific materials for the dissemination of recommendations for physical activity and physical activity promotion.
• Scientific preparation and support of a congress for the broad dissemination of the recommendations for physical activity and physical activity promotion
